Harm Reduction Therapeutics, Inc. partners with the West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute (WVDII) to promote its ONEbox® naloxone emergency response kit designed to address overdose situations promptly and effectively.
The ONEbox provides on-demand, one minute emergency video instruction, in both English and Spanish, that guides responders and laypersons through bystander intervention for naloxone administration and overdose response. The kit can be displayed in areas where other first aid items are displayed in common areas, such as where you might find a fire extinguisher, defibrillator, or traditional first aid kit. The box is intended to hold a two dose twin pack of OTC RiVive® compassionate 3 mg dose intranasal naloxone, although shipment of the RiVive product is handled by HRT and not WVDII when a purchase of ONEbox is made.

Made for both indoor or outdoor use, these durable, weather-resistant naloxone distribution boxes help make lifesaving overdose reversal medication available in high-visibility, easily accessible locations where it’s needed most. Ideal for health departments, non-profits, municipalities, universities, and harm reduction programs, the boxes support 24/7 public access to naloxone while helping reduce barriers such as limited operating hours and stigma around access. Each distribution box is capable of holding nearly 100 Twin Pack boxes of FREE RiVive 3 mg naloxone nasal spray, allowing organizations to maintain a reliable, community-ready supply.
